Delivery Time
Your order will be despatched within one working day of confirmation.
If an item is out of stock you will be notified with expected date of delivery.
Delivery Costs
All deliveries to the UK are Free of charge on orders over £30.
For all items up to the value of £100 we use Royal Mail, Signed for, Recorded service from the. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.
For items £100 or over we use Royal Mail, Signed for, Special service .These items will be delivered before 1pm the next day.
We can deliver to Europe – this is a Signed for service that costs £10
Items can be delivered anywhere in the rest of world by a signed for service costing £20.
Packaging
All of our items are beautifully packed in TRYSOR jewellery presentation boxes.
Returns
Should you be unhappy with your purchase we will replace or refund within 14 days of invoice date, if returned, unused, in its original condition and with all original packaging intact. This applies to web orders only.
When returning goods they must be well packaged to avoid any damage in the post.
TRYSOR does not cover the cost of returned items, unless the product is deemed faulty.
Earrings are non-returnable due to issues of hygiene.
ALL ORDERS ARE DOUBLE CHECKED TO ENSURE THAT THEY LEAVE IN PRISTINE CONDITION, THEREFORE NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR STOCK BEING MARKED/SOILED
